GC-450 Galaxie software configuration problem

i am using varian gc-450 for ammonia plant gas analysis. currently i am facing a problem in galaxie software configuration. actually there was a problem in pc mother board. so we have to change the pc. on new pc ( windows 7) the software install correctly. in configuration, the message "parameter activated" appear but "setup received from instrument" does appear. anyone could help me please.
