Good Evening,
I am trying to use Enhanced ChemStation for MassHunter to reprocess FID data (the system is a GC/MS that also contains a FID). I've got to the point where I've created a Quantitation Database, but I'm kind of lost as to how to process QC standards and samples using the calibration method.
Further, I would like to be able to create a Quantitation Database for a set of calibration standard injections (containing one standard compound) and then apply this database to all of the peaks that elute in the sample that belong to a series of compounds that are homologous to the standard compound. Please, is this possible, and if so, how would I go about doing this?
