Hello,

My lab runs an AbSCIEX API 2000 as part of an LC-MS system. Our computer recently died, and now we need to reinstall the Analyst software (we've been running 1.4.2 with the latest hotfixes), but we've lost the CD (it probably disappeared with a previous grad student).

I talked to SCIEX technical support, and they no longer keep such old software, and told me to ask around other labs to see if someone would be willing to send me a copy of the CD, or a disc image.

Could anyone help out?

I will look and see if we still have a copy, should be stuck away somewhere around here.

Thanks very much, but we just found a lab nearby that had the software, so we're all set now.

Hi there, same problem here! No were in the internet I could find the download. We have the CD for Version 1.4 but no patch is available to download for Shimadzu LC20 system. Can someone please share it? here is my email: BioLabCanada@gmail.com
