My Superdex 200 Increase Tricorn 10/300 column is blocked from right direction (from adapter to bottom), but is clear from bottom to top. What is the reason? I change top filter, but that not solved problem.

It doesn't sound logical.
It might be the connection - fitting problem.
Try and change the capillary and fitting.
Best Regards

With other column all is ok. I think may be one of too reasons why column run in only one direction.
1) Superdex 200 is soft medium and is clogged at top or
2) something small is collected at bottom filter and clogged it.

If the column blocked inside the pressure will rise regardles of the flow direction.
If it's a fitting problem it migth occur only in a specific connection and that goes for a different column as well.
Best Regards
