PCB 28 and PCB 31 peak seperation

Hi,
I try to analysis PCB mix in GC-ECD and I have problem about seperation, specially PCB 28/PCB 31 and PCB 118/PCB 149 peaks. I use HP-5 column with (5%-Phenyl)-methylpolysiloxane..I tried to diffirent oven programs and I changed flow rate but couldnt good seperation.. is there anybody try this analysis with this system, is it possible to good seperation with this column? or can you suggest to me an article about that?
