Clogged Viper Cables

Hey All,

I've been left a bunch of viper cables that are solidly clogged. As far as I know they've only had LC-MS grade ammonium acetate, water, and acetonitrile to elute oligonucleotides.

I've tried soaking and sonicating them in mQ water. Some with both heads submerged and a few with the other head exposed to possibly let air through and water in.

Unfortunately none of this has worked. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I would try to flush them (high pressure pump) with isopropanol and/or acidified water (but I do not have any reasonable explanation for that;).

Good luck!
