GC MS lens problem... Or voltage?

Dear all,

I'm everything but a specialist of GC MS... Today I noticed that I could not get any mass spec anymore!

I did run a quick check and... TADAM... look at the attached picture... Something is wrong with the lens 1...

How could I fix the problem? (Before that plot showed a curved line but at least now it is straight but still not passing through to origin...)

Please give details of your system. Brand, model, etc.

Did you open the analyzer or cleaned the ion source before the problem?
