Lurk from time to time but don't post often...
I've been given some tubes to analyse for triethylenetetramine in air - they're XAD coated with a napthylisothiocyanate derivitising agent.
The OSHA method the client followed:
https://www.osha.gov/dts/sltc/methods/o ... rg060.html
It has a pretty awful mobile phase (50% isoctane/IPA) and would really like to avoid changing our system over to normal phase for a one-off.
Anyone have any happier alternatives? I found a HILIC method but it still has plenty of octane and ipa in it as well.
Thanks in advance.
