get phenyl propionate into H2SO4 mobile phase

I will be running biological waste samples by HPLC and need to develop a standard curve for potential analytes. The SOP is using a Rezex ROA-Organic acid H+ column from phenomenex with 0.005M H2SO4 mobile phase. One analyte is phenyl propionate in a range of .025% to 1%. I am having an issue with getting the phenyl propionate standard into a 0.005M H2SO4 solution. I have tried heating and alcohol carriers but have not been successful. Initially I didn't want to use too high of a concentration of a carrier so that it would interfere with the run however I am willing to try anything. If anyone has any experience with this I would very much appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
