Hi
I am currently analysing IPA using below instrument.
GC-FID Instrument with capillary column (5% DIPHENYL – 95% DIMETHYL POLY SILOXANE). Nitrogen as carrier gas. Hydrogen gas , Air.
We bought a IPA sample from Sigma Aldrich which meets analytical specification of ph eur,BP,USP,>= 99.5% and testing conditions so that we can use for analysing our IPA Raw material.
we are getting a peak for our rawmaterial ( Neat - no addition of any solvent) by using test conditions given by Sigma Aldrich.
Can someone guide me how i can validate this method for specificity, robustness, precision, linearity, LOD and LOQ.
Any info on this would be quite helpful as i am entirely new to these experiments.
