Hi,

I am doing aflatoxin analysis by Agilent 1260,FLD detector with post column derivatization.
Conditions are
Mobile phase: 65:35 Water65:35 Meoh
Column: Poroshell 120, 50mm X 4.6, 2.7 u.
Temperature: 30 Deg C
Standard: Aflatoxin Mix fro Supelco- CRM46303

In the COA the purity is mentioned is done by UV detection at 360 nm.
How i can use this standard for quantification of Aflatoxins.
The peaks also coming different what they mentioned in the COA.

Can anybody please help on this.
The system Supelco used to test the purity of the standard is probably not the same as yours so you aren't going to get the same retention.

You can prepare appropriate calibration standards by diluting the aflatoxin mix with solvent/initial mobile phase or in your sample matrix and them along with your samples.
