Hello guys (and girls),

i tried using AMDIS with Massbank Data by downloading the data and converting it to a *.MSP library.
After trying to analyse my MS signal using this database i get the error "Too many library peaks". The library consists of about 34000 spectra.

Maybe i dont know how to use AMDIS correct but i cannot find a good documentation.

Best Regards
I'm having the same issue. Were you able to figure out what the problem was?
Which version of AMDIS are you running, try the lastest version,

Alternatively use Lib2NIST.exe, and covert to a NIST Library. This NIST library
can then be selected in AMDIS under Analyze, Select NIST libraries, then using the "Select..." button
find your recently created NIST library.
