Hi all,

Has anyone ever heard of an Ultrasil CX column?

I have found a couple of references to it on the internet but am starting to think it may have been discontinued.

Also, does anyone know anything about the stationary phase of this column (i.e. the base silica, the bonding, pore size etc.) as I will need to find an alternative if it does turn out to be discontinued.

Thanks!

Steve.

That would have been sold by Altex, which was bought by Beckman about 20 years ago. I don't find it in the current catalog, so my guess is that it is long-gone.
