Autosampler PAL 748 Error, HELP!!!

Dear All,
My customer has a ALS Pal 748 (Pal system) for Multitex S. When I turn on ALS, on the screen is displayed
" Limit Switch always on Motor Z Reference Fault ; Exception 139". After I restart, it is not ok. Can you show me how to fix this error.
