Bonjour,

I want to convert data (fid chromatogram) in a *cdf format, in order to load it on an Agilent Station

I tried with openchrom but didn't manage,

opening with *xy format, done,
exporting, file/export, didn t find any *.cdf choice :
but, type filter text : csv converter, excel converter, pdf converter ...

What is wrong with my use of openchrom ?
Does a more efficient way exist to make a *cdf to load it on the Agilent Station ?

Many thanks for any help,

regards,
Hi,

CDF was designed as a standard. But effectively, there are slight differences between the vendors implementations.
Please contact us at OpenChrom and send us a test file. We'll try to fix this is soon as possible.

It would be also great if you could export a CDF file from the ChemStation to see the differences in the format implementation.

Try to play with our
UCC - UniChrom console converter

or GUI
