Agilent Masshunter qualitative software installation

When I installed the Agilent masshunter qualitative software, and the program couldn't analyzed data and errors show up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What version is the Mass Hunter and what instrument are you acquiring data from?

Please write about version of Aquisition software, where you are collecting data. And version of Qual software, that you try to install! I think that you have problem in difference of version.
When the path is over and passed successfully, it's nice to remember even the mistakes ...
