MSD chemstation error: couldn't open file:C:/msdchem/15975/c

Hi Guys,

I am a new here. I am working with GC-MS (7693-7890A) for Master project. Every day, I have to rebook my computer in order to run autotune I think it is not common. Whenever, I open tune control and I kept getting message about "couldn't open file: C:/msdchem/1/5975/control.csv"

Any know how to fix this thing?

Hello

1.Write down GC and MSD IP addresses
2.Open file MSD config - it should be on desktop (normally it is after installation)
3.Remove GC and MSD from configuration
4.Re-configure GC and MSD - IP addresses/model numbers etc.
5.Save before closing
6.Open MSD Chemstation and run autotune.

It should help
