Deal Least Members,
I need construct optimal order for buying LC/MS/MS instrument
using following features:
1. Small and silent
2. Fitted to CHROMELEON program
3. Having multiple or multiplex capabability (i.e. UV and MS/MS detectors
or LIF + UV + MS/MS) for independent analysis by different persons.
4. MS/MS =API 3000 or API 5000 of Perkin-Elmer Company.
5. System will dedicated for pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics
research (immunossupressants, calcineurin, erythropoethin, antiviral
drugs, anticancer drugs, vitamin D3 metabolites, antibiotics, et al.)
After analyseing, the HPLC from Dionex (including new ion HPLC) or LC-Packing have so called Dual Chromatography (DC) capability. What does means this new HPLC term practically? Is anybody have experience with such new instruments having such possibilities?
