HPLC to UPLC

What validation parameters should be evaluated to convert a validated HPLC method to UPLC? Should it be considered a "verification"?
That depends on how much you've altered the method.
I have a method where I changed the column by a smaller particle column and decreased injection volume. For that method I have performed a verification (i.e., linearity / repeatability / recovery).
If the stationary phase (type), mobile phase, sample concentration etc. is altered, then I would perform a complete validation. But I guess it differ from lab to lab when to perform a complete validation.
