Does anyone know if the FDA has specified which trans fatty acids are required for food labeling, or is the rule for any and all trans fatty acids that can be detected and identified as trans?

Presently, as I understand it:
total trans-fat should be calculated as the sum of all (12:1 to 24:1, and di-and tri-unsaturated) trans-fatty acids excluding the ones with a conjugated double bond.
There is also a discussion about reporting naturally occurring trans-fat that is present in dairy products.... or not.
Keeping reading reports from the FDA or whatever agency in the country in which you reside.
