GC varian 430. Help Please!

I am using GC varian 430, it work normal. To get results, I get the cable out of the GC to connect with my laptop. After, I reattached cables to GC. I restart GC and PC, GC screen notify " waiting for network press a key to abort "
I don't know how to fix it, help me please. thank you.

If you use USB to serial converter: I would just try all USB ports of your laptop.
