Oops our H-Class Acquity UPLC ran dry...

Very soon after a PM of the SM-FTN (by Waters in February 2015), we had modified our shutdown method set which resulted in our ACN reservoir to run dry overnight. The machine has been primed, we changed the column, and then we started running diagnostics. The leak test at the QSM to the vent valve passes for both the primary and the accumulator. However, the SM has issues when we try to run a leak test to the injection value (i.e. gives a repeated message that the SM is not ready for the test and to re-set the SM-FTN, which we do and it still doesn't work, OR will not start because the pressure will not stabilize). Also when running the needle seal readiness test it fails with a leak rate of >3000 nL/min. Our chromatography is all over the place and our system pressure is very unstable (it actually increases by about 2000 psi every time the needle leaves it's port).
What's happening... This is the second time I've had a problem with my H-class since February..
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks!!
