Hi All,
I am trying to display the total ion chromatogram above any single ions I also display.
How can this be done?
What do I type into the box to get all ions displayed - or a range ?
Thanks in advance.
Regards
WK

Hi WK,
alternatively, you could try to display the ions in OpenChrom like shown in the image. A click on the ion in the mass spectrum selects the ion for display. The options tab of the chromatogram allows you to set a magnifaction factor too. There are several views to display overlayed ions:

OpenChrom can be downloaded here:

Converters for the Agilent format are available in the marketplace, free of charge:

Thanks for the reply eselmeister.
Judging from the 64 views so far, this is not possible in chemstation.
I'm amazed !

Hi - its E.02.02.1431
I have figured it out. Open file and when the large pane comes up:
TIC = 0
-1 = no display
77 = ion 77 displayed etc.
This should be in the extract ion help page !
Why does 0 not then = TIC in extract ion feature? !

In the command line , or in a macro
TIC ,X,
Draw 1,X
EIC ,77,Y,
Draw 2,Y
JOIN X,Y
Draw 2, X
Or use AMDIS, to get autoscale, plus no programming, or eselmeisters excel programme.
kind regards
Alex
