It's three chromatograms!
In writing a report for a client, I would describe this plot as showing the chromatograms from three alternative transitions (or MRMs) for the compound of interest. I would usually only go into this level of detail if (1) each transition had different problems associated with it (maybe one shows multiple other peaks, so I doubt its specificity, while another is specific but extremely weak), and (2) my client was savvy enough to understand what's going on, and therefore (3) I'm encouraging him/her to take an active part in deciding which transition is most appropriate for quantification.
Good luck!
