Hi..
Need a suggestions on use of split and splitless mode? Which mode will be good?

It all depends on the concentration of the analytes in your sample. Splitless is used for trace analysis and split is used for higher concentrations to prevent overload of the capillary column.

What's the target analyte?
What's the desired detection limit?
