For USP RS, the purity is 100%, unless stated differently, such as 99% (or purity factor 0.99).
Check the latest USP catalog for the relevant info for current/valid lots and purity.

Hi jiangds06

I think that the number its really not very important (for sure there are primary stds of 95,0 % or less) but the most important thing is the certificate of analysis that accompany that PS (for example USP)
