Whers the thermal fuse??

My column oven (Shimadzu CTO 20A) has stopped heating although ther are no warnings or alerts. One of there technicians has suggested looking at the thermal fuse which is somewhere near the front apparently.

Does anyone know or have any rough idea so i can get one of our inhouse technical people to look for it?

Who knows instruments better than you or the manufacturers?

Check with Shimadzu support.
