Shimadzu LCMSsolutions ver 2.0 CD needed

Hi
I'm working on Shimadzu LCMS 2010 A.
I've computer and is loaded with LCMSSolution version 2.0. unfortunately, I've connection problem to PDA and MS. software works fine, but can not connect to PDA or MS. I'm looking for installation media to reinstall software, maybe this can solve the problem.

any version higher than 2.0 ( 2.5, 3.0) will be highly appreciated.

SOLVED
Finally I've got help from Shimadzu agents.
Now, going to troubleshoot and run LCMS.
