Would it be possible to install chemstation onto destktop computers so that managers can view signal files and print reports, maybe re integrate if necessary? I am thinking of a scenario where our Open Lab CDS chemstation would save the signal files onto a network drive instead of the hp/chem/1 folder on the c: drive. Is this possible?

If that doesn't work I guess the next best option would be to have chemstation dump the .pdf files onto the network drive, but naming the files for so people can recognize the samples could be a problem.

Any thoughts or experience with this?

You can do the former, you would just need to purchase a license for the manager computer to legally install the software.

You should contact Agilent. I know that you can install Masshunter on as many computers as you want for the purposes of data analysis. They might have a different policy for other software though.

Yes you can. Install the Data Store option to you system. However, you will need to make a investment buying a small server to control all of you instruments and store all of you data.
