SHIMADZU GCMS QP 2010 ULTRA mass calibration error

Hello,
we have a SHIMADZU GCMS QP 2010 ULTRA.
Our problem is a mass calibration error. It appeared first after the change of the
configuration and exchange of a filament. Replacing the two filaments gave errors
"Filament consumed" and "Trap current insufficient.
We found out that the ion source might need a cleaning.
Now we cleaned the ion source. Both filaments were OK and after
cleaning they worked. The two filament errors disappeared,
but now we get again the mass calibration error.
So autotuning doesn't work.
The tension of lense 1 goes up to about 3, 4 or even 5 Volt.
At the end it stays at about 3. Off course,
no tuning signal is displayed.
It seems enough standard PFTBA is still present.
According to SHIMADZU only the ion source
can be the problem.
Putting a new filament seems so easy, but problems appeared
after doing this. What can go wrong in doing this???
What might be the problem?
Thanks
Thomas
