Hi, we have a prostar 320 detector and it showed a message "No light at current λ".

So I change the lamp but now it shows "No Light - Calibration Error".

Any suggestion? Thanks
Possibilities:
- the new lamp is also dead
- the new lamp is not properly connected or aligned
- the power supply to the lamp is not functioning
- something is blocking the optical path

Is there any evidence that the light is, in fact, lit (sound? a faint whiff of ozone? )?

The lamp is okay because I can see the light and hear the sound.

I think there's probably some thing blocking the optical path.
