Xanthan gum vs heparin

Do you have a suggestion to get rid of Xanthan gum interferences from Heparin gel samples?

When your sample is solved in mobile phase bring it to the freezer and cool it down. After 10 minutes centrifuge the sample, most of your gum should be on the bottom afterwards.
