Can I use Change in Detector for Robustness Test? Is it okay if I'm going to use PDA detector first and changing it into 2487 UV/VIS detector? Thanks.

I would say no. Changing the detector is changing the method. Robustness should only alter the method conditions.

Of course you can! This way you will have established method robustness over both UV-detector models. Especially in the future as you might need to transfer the method to another laboratory with PDA/DAD detectors only. Can I use Change in Detector for Robustness Test?
