6890N Empower 3 Settings For Syringe

Seeking verification that Empower 3 requires that the syringe volume be specified (10 uL syringe and I know this is the case) and that the nanoliter adapter option must be selected (checked) in order to ensure I get a 1 uL injection.
We just upgraded to Empower 3. Previously, with Empower 2, we left the nanoliter box unchecked to ensure a 1 uL injection as specified in the Empower 2 sample set.
I just investigated this on a 6890N system, and I clearly see that if that option is not selected (if the nanoliter adapter box is unchecked) then I only get a 0.2 uL injection. However, if I check off that box (knowing all of our GCs have the NL adapters) and I further specify a 10 uL syringe (as has always beeen the case) then I do get the 1.00 uL injection as specified in my Empower sample set method.
I just wanted to get some kind of confirmation regarding this setting.
