 Do you have any suggestion for mabile phase modifier to reduce baseline signal of MP so that increase peak sensitivity in RID HPLC methode?
Not really. RI is a "bulk property" detector; what you are actually measuring is the difference between the RI of the solvent and the RI of the analyte. The amount of modifier required to significantly affect the baseline would be more than enough to completely ruin the chromatography. The major contributors to RI baseline noise are temperature and flow fluctuations.
