Dear All
I have question regarding the quantification of tetracyclines & their 4 epimers. We are using both tetracyclines and their 4epimer standards for quantifying tetracyclines as sum of tetracycline & 4 epimers. But some labs are using only tetracycline standards for for quantifying tetracylines as sum of tetracycline & 4 epimers.Which process is right for quantifing tetracyclines.

Thanking All
Hi,

I have tested different condition and columns without satisfactory success, if you wish I can share the information with you.
