Hi, we're trying to replace Perchloric acid buffer by an volatile one for the LC/MS analysis of Bisoprolol hemifumarate. Could anyone tell me what buffer i should try (TFA buffer dont give good peak shape)
PS: Concentration is 2mL/L of perchloric acid.

Thanks

Have you considered longer-chain perfluoro acids? pentafluoropropionic or heptafluorobutyric?
