I am looking for some kind of equation that summarizes how sensitive a TCD would respond to some typical components. For example like CO2, N2, O2, HF, SO2 on carriers like Helium or Nitrogen. I would like to calculate how sensitive a TCD responds based on the thermal conductivity of typical components relatively.
