Is anybody did the test of amino acids for protein only one run for all AAA?

Yes, actually if you want to do this by HPLC, you will usually need to derivatize and use a fluorescence detector. However, if you have an MS, things get easier. Although I hear now you don't have to derivatize anymore

I know shimadzu has a system dedicated to this:

And i'm confident if you have a triple quad, many other vendors like sciex, etc will all have solutions.
