Hello again. Is there anybody who can indicate a book or books relative to LC/MS/MS theory, methodology, extraction procedures and high-throughput analysis?
Thank you..

Hi Koknous,
Two of my favorites:
For LC-MS/MS, electrospray theory and hyphenation
"Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry, Fundamentals, Instrumentation & Applications" edited by Richard B. Cole (1997) ISBN 0-4711456-4-5. Hardcover.
"Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry" by W. M. A. Niessen (1998, 2nd edition) ISBN 0-8247193-6-0. Hardcover.
There are some review articles also written by Niessen that are very comprehensive.
Now about methodology (do you mean LC-MS method development?), extraction procedures and high-throughput analysis, I would rather go for review articles or just regular research articles than buyingbook on this. I have a book in extraction procedures (I have to check at home which one) which I didn't really like.
Another book I might consider buying is Using Mass Spectrometry for Drug Metabolism Studies
Walter Korfmacher Schering-Plough Research Institute, Kenilworth, New Jersey.
If you need a book for the chromatography part, there is the classical :
"Practical HPLC Method Development" by Lloyd R. Snyder, Joseph J. Kirkland, & Joseph L. Glajch (2nd edition, 1997). ISBN: 0-471-00703-X. Hardcover

The best book I've seen is High Throughput Bioanalytical Sample Preparation:Methods and Automation Strategies by David Wells. Fantastic book. It covers different types of sample prep, pH, workstations and platforms. I talked with the author at a conference. He was teaching a two day course at the Minnesota Chromatography Conference. I highly recommend this book.
