Anybody have any experience with Nylon membrane sample filters "holding up" some charged analytes to a small (but significant)extent? I remember hearing that sometimes Nylon could have an electrical charge which caused issues sometimes.

I found an article about filter comparison in dissolution testing:

I have experienced difficulty with the recovery and with extra peaks coming through the filters for some of the products.
