Hi,
Our lab wants to buy a preparative HPLC for 20mm diameter columns (so flow up to 15ml/min probably).
We are investigating Waters, Agilent, Thermo and Jasco (German I think).
Do you have any tips about the different instrument technical capabilities and software user-friendliness? Any comment or recommendation welcome.

At the moment, we have an analytical – quite happy with the instrument but not the Chemstation (but old version B something). I also know the Waters UPLC systems (but coupled to thermo MS so Xcalibur software).

Thank you for your help
Nathalie

they are specialized in preparative chromatography.
