Hi everyone! I am writing because I am new to the machine and I have some question to ask about the tuning. I am performing on TSQ 8000 Dashboard the auto tuning. Is it Normal that the isotopes 130.97 and 218.96 have abundances higher than the isotope 69? In which conditions do I have to set the MS before performing the tuning?

On a TSQ quantum 219 is base peak, followed bij 69 and than 131. I don't know if a TSQ8000 is similar. But this should not be a problem for your analysis as long as the sensitivity for all is high enough.
