IC AS 50 Autosampler 'Bad Parameter' Error

I operate the Dionex ICS-2000 and Dionex AS50 Autosampler. Currently we are getting an 'Interrupted' message on the analysis run (where it should say single) and Chromeleon gives a 'Bad Parameters' error message in the Audit Trail. When I go to start the analysis, I click on Batch, Start.., Ready Check, and then Start. After Start, the analysis is aborted, the bad parameter error comes up, and the run switched from single to interrupted.

This bad parameter error has came up before, but I wanted to know if there was a way we could troubleshoot it here in the lab instead of sending it off.

Could I get some help, please?

Do you still have the error? This should be fairly easy to diagnose is is probably just a line in the program. I'll write out the directions if I hear back that you haven't already solved it.
