I am new to this forum and am seeking some experts' help.

We have an AB 3200 Qtrap, and a lot of users to sign up and use this instrument.
Right now we use paper logbook to record which user signs up and uses how many instrument hours, some times people forgot to sign the logbook and then there would be argument on this.

Do you guys know if there is any software l can install to manage this process?

Thank you guys
The ABSciex software write everything to the Event Log, so maybe if each person is actually logging onto the computer it will enter all the events pertaining to that session into the event log for windows and you can get an idea of who was doing what and when by viewing the Event Log.

Possibly a simple way to check up on users.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
Thank you James. I was hoping there is some kind of software that can give a report on which user have used how many instrument hours by the end of the month. reading each page of log event perhaps is not very efficient.
