hi everyone,
working with acrylamide/aetac emulsion co-polymers, you usually precipitate them with acetone and redissolve them in water/mobile phase.
i'm wondering if you dilute the emulsion in mobile phase, 0.2 M NaNO3 in (20% MeOH in water) + 0.1% TFA, and inject into column, OHpak SB-807, will the co-polymer be separated from the emulsifiers?
thanks for your thoughts,
sergio
