Hello all,

I inherited two older Shimadzu LC 10 ADvp pumps and want to perform a preventive maintenance. Unfortunately I don`t have a manual or service manual.
Changing the pistons, seals and valves are no problem. But I am not sure about the diaphragms. Must they be changed when I change the pistons or seals? Can they be reused ?

I would appreciate if somebody has an manual or service manual for the LC-10ADvp.

Thank you very much in advance.

Stephan
The diaphragms are for automatic seal washing , they circulate water at the back of pistons , and if they are in good conditions( no cracks or deformations ) no need to change.
Dear Uzman,

thank you very much for your answer. I am very glad to hear this.

best regards

Stephan
however, those parts are relatively expensive. They should be changed with seals especially if you're changing out everything else. You can just go to the shimadzu website to order them.

The nut of the piston keeps that in place.
