Hi gals
I'm working on agilent LCMSD, and I've problem with pirani ( high vacuum gauge, Granville-pillips, catalog number:342001).
when turbo pumps go fully on, gauge shows 3*10-3 torr. when I replace it with another gauge, it reads 5*10-5 torr.( in same condition).
it shows changes gradually, but has 100 times error. I think I've to calibrate it, but not sure how to do that.
I've seen some manuals about calibrating pirani gauges, but not sure how to do it.
I'll be glad if some body with experience help me in this field.
thanks in advance
