Dani master gc issues

Hi all we are having problems with our Dani master GC. Previously the master password had been changed on our system and we were wondering if there was any way to do a factory reset of the system

DIY user, unlikely, you need a load of kit etc. and factory software to upgrade and reprogram the modules. Why would you want to re-set everything ? What is your actual problem ?
