Does anybody use overlap injection mode in Agilent 1200 hplc?

I heard my friend, he said that in 100uL injection, gain 3 minutes?

It is a enormus time saving for 160 injection sequence. Aproximetly 3 hours advantage.

I am waiting your post.
Yes, but I have used not in Agilent 1200. It all depends on samples chromatographic profile. If there is a late eluting peak which interferes with early eluting one from subsequent injection, the purpose is not served. Usually it is easy with isocratic condition compared to gradient condition. We have even used overlapping injection in Prep using auto purification system  to purify >10g of an intermediate.
